Shipping, Returns and Exchanges


All orders received before 11am EST will ship the same day, all other orders will ship the next business day.  


The following shipping options can be selected at checkout:

- Canada Post Expedited 1-3 Business Days Ontario, 2-7 Business Days Nationally
- Canada Post Express Next Business Days Ontario, 2 Busines Days Nationally
- Canada Post Priority 1-2 Days

You will receive a shipping notification as soon as our fulfillment center has processed your order for shipping. A tracking number will be provided which you can use to track your package until delivery. 


Changes to your order can be made online within 1 hour of placing the order. A link to change your order will be available at the bottom of your order confirmation email.


We hope that you love the items you purchase on However in the event that you change your mind, no worries. We will accept return for a full refund (excluding gift wrapping and shipping charges). Our only requirement is that the items be returned within 15 days of purchase in their original packaging in like new condition. Items not purchased  on will need to be returned to the original retail store or website. 

*Partial returns made on 2-pack bundles, 3-pack bundles, BOGO or MYBUNDLE15 deals, will be processed such that the retained item will be marked at full price. The amount refunded will be the difference between the invoice amount and the full price of the retained item.

Lost, Stolen Orders

We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items. We will assist customers with filing a postal claim in the event of loss or theft. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact their local post office about any loss or delivery disputes. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their credit card company for undelivered merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with the postal office, your local authorities, and insurance company regarding any matters of theft.
